Halloween

The trick or treaters are ready. Emily loves Belle's big puffy dress and had to have dark lipstick.  Jake's fire breathing dragon didn't want to blow any fire that night.  He was sick and Dad had to carry him to each house.  Jake liked handing out all the candy at the door.

Our family trip to the pumpkin patch at the Red barn turned into two field trips with Mom. Dad got off easy this year.  Emily was more excited about riding the bus for the first time and having mom go with her.  Jake just loves the tractor ride.

Little Get Away

We went on our fall golf get away the end of Sept.  with some friends.  The fall colors were beautiful.  We played Hobble Creek and then spent the night at Johnson's Mill in Midway.  Then we played Wasatch the next morning. Lots of fun and beautiful fall scenery.  We did manage to get some shopping in at the outlets in Park City.

We have been working on finishing the basement.  Devon has been working the hardest.  Emily loved helping paint and was actually pretty good at it.  We are hoping to be finished in a few months. Then our visitors will have somewhere to stay with a little privacy and comfort.

JAKE'S FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL

Jake had his first day of preschool on Sept. 3rd, 2008. He did great and went in by himself. He loved showing everyone the gingerbread he colored. After, we went to Reed's for ice cream to celebrate his first day.
